About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 19, 2006 No. 999

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 19, 2006 No. 999 "About approval of the Procedure for providing disabled people with cars" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 30, Art. 2130; 2007, No. 32, Art. 1291; 2008, No. 31, Art. 996; 2010, No. 68, Art. 2463; 2012, No. 7, Art. 249, No. 88, Art. 3571; 2013, No. 24, Art. 810, No. 41, Art. 1477; 2015, No. 82, Art. 2713; 2016, No. 3, Art. 181, No. 35, Art. 1360, No. 101, Art. 3298; 2017, No. 54, the Art. 1624) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 19, 2006 No. 999

1. In the resolution:

1) in the name of the resolution the word of "disabled people" shall be replaced with words "persons with disability";

" Shall be replaced with words 2) in introductory part of the word of "the Law of Ukraine "On rehabilitation of disabled people in Ukraine "the Law of Ukraine "On rehabilitation of persons with disability in Ukraine";

3) in Item 1 the word of "disabled people" shall be replaced with words "persons with disability".

2. According to the procedure of providing disabled people with cars, approved by the specified resolution:

1) in the name and the text of the Procedure the word "disabled person" in all cases and forms of number shall be replaced with words "person with disability" in the corresponding case and number;

2) in Item 1:
