About modification of the Procedure for write-off of hopeless receivables before Fund of obligatory national social insurance of Ukraine on unemployment case

According to article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case" the board of Fund of obligatory national social insurance of Ukraine on case of unemployment DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Procedure for write-off of hopeless receivables before Fund of obligatory national social insurance of Ukraine on the unemployment case approved by the resolution of board of Fund of obligatory national social insurance of Ukraine on unemployment case of February 25, 2015 No. 55, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 17, 2015 for No. 435/26880, the following changes:

1) in Item 2:

in paragraph six of the word "and physical persons entrepreneurs" shall be replaced with words "physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming";

in paragraph nine of the word "in the absence of legal successors" to exclude;

in paragraph ten to replace the word and figures of "Article 47" with the word and figures of "Article 37";

2) in item 4:

in paragraph one to replace figure and the word "5 thousand" with figures and the word "25 thousand";

state paragraph two in the following edition:

"If the size of receivables exceeds 25 thousand hryvnias, its write-off as hopeless requires approval of the Chairman of Public service of employment (Central office).";
