About modification of Rules of maintaining the register of the contracts signed by customers

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of maintaining the register of the contracts signed by customers approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 28, 2013 No. 1084 "About procedure for maintaining the register of the contracts signed by customers and the register of contracts containing the data which are the state secret" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 49, Art. 6427; 2014, No. 32, Art. 4522; 2015, No. 1, Art. 279; No. 24, Art. 3487; 2016, No. 50, Art. 7103; 2017, No. 17, Art. 2566).

2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2018.

Changes which are made to Rules of maintaining the register of the contracts signed by customers

1. In Item 2:

the subitem "zh" after the words "the residence (for physical person)" to add with the words "postal address of the supplier (contractor, contractor)";
