About introduction of amendments to some Resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 18, 2010 No. 229 "About the amount of payment for receipt of additional education of children and youth at the public children's schools of arts, procedure for its collection and recognition No. 281 which voided resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 27, 2008" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 53, 5/31303; 2011, No. 92, 5/34264; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 06.07. 2013, 5/37484; 30.07. 2014, 5/39188):
to state subitem 1.1 of Item 1 in the following edition:
"1.1. the amount of payment for receipt of additional education of children and youth at the public children's schools of arts (further - schools of arts) is determined depending on activity of art profile, the chosen musical instrument, the location of school of arts according to appendix.
In case of arrangement of branches, other separate divisions, structural divisions of schools of arts, venues by schools of arts of occupations in groups and (or) individually in rural settlements the payment for receipt of additional education of children and youth is levied on activities of art profile, the chosen musical instrument in the amount of, established according to appendix to this resolution for rural settlements, irrespective of the location of the relevant schools of arts;";
