About modification of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To state part 2 of article 339 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2003 in the following edition:
"2. Person who refused evidence against himself of the spouse (spouses) or the close relative, is exempted from criminal liability if reasonably believes that they can be used further against it or them".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
