About entering of amendment into the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add the criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2003 with Article 130.1 of the following content:
"Article 130.1. Hindrance of professional, and also nonprofessional auxiliary activities of health workers
1. The hindrance of professional, and also nonprofessional auxiliary activities of health workers made using to it violence, not life-threatening or health or with threat of use of violence:
it is punished by penalty in the amount of three hundredfold to the five hundredfold size of minimum wage.
2. The hindrance of professional, and also nonprofessional auxiliary activities of health workers made using to it violence, life-threatening or health or with threat of its application:
it is punished by arrest from one to two months or imprisonment from two to five years.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
