Article 1. To state article 386 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2003 in the following edition:
"Article 386. Distribution of weapons of mass destruction
Creation, production acquisition, development, ownership, transportation or realization chemical, biological, nuclear and other types of weapon of mass destruction prohibited by international treaties or special means for its transportation, use of special means for transportation of the weapons of mass destruction prohibited by international treaties, transfer of the raw or special split materials, provision of the weapons of mass destruction prohibited by international treaties or the components necessary for its production, to the state which is not owning nuclear weapon
it is punished by imprisonment from four to eight years.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
