About entering of amendments into the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add the criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2003 (further - the Code) with Article 125.1 of the following content:
"Article 125.1. Illegal appeal of bodies and (or) tissues of the person
1. Illegal acquisition, transfer, and also realization of bodies and (or) tissues of the person:
it is punished by imprisonment from four to six years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities no more than three years or without it.
2. The same act made by group of persons by previous concert:
it is punished by imprisonment from seven to nine years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities no more than three years or without it.
3. The acts provided by part 1 or 2 of this Article committed:
1) organized group or
2) with use of official capacity:
are punished by imprisonment from nine to twelve years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities no more than three years or without it.".
Article 2. Add the code with Articles 127.1 and 127.2 of the following content:
"Article 127.1. Carrying out eugenical experiences
1. Eugenical experiences - making of any actions directed to selection of people:
it is punished by imprisonment from three to five years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities no more than three years or without it.
2. Same act, committed:
1) concerning person which is down and out or
2) concerning the minor or
3) organized group:
it is punished by imprisonment from five to eight years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities no more than three years or without it.
3. The same act which on imprudence entailed serious consequences:
