About modification and amendments in the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. 1) it was made with use of job or other dependency;

2) it was made with use of official capacity;

3) was followed by use of force or threat of its application;

4) it was made by group of persons;

5) was followed by deprivation of person of freedom,

it is punished by imprisonment from three to five years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities from one to three years.".
