About entering of amendment and changes into the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 10, 2007 No. 459

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 10, 2007 No. 459 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 3, 2007 No. 1" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 93, 5/25034; No. 292, 5/26272; 2009, No. 119, 5/29736) the following amendments and changes:

1.1. third Item 1 after the word of "term" to add the paragraph with the word "actions";

1.2. to be reworded as follows the application form about registration of the legal entity as the subject of innovative infrastructure approved by this resolution it (is applied);

1.3. to be reworded as follows the application form about prolongation of term of registration of the legal entity as the subject of innovative infrastructure approved by this resolution it (is applied);

1.4. to be reworded as follows the form of the register of subjects of innovative infrastructure approved by this resolution it (is applied);

1.5. to be reworded as follows the business project form approved by this resolution it (is applied);

1.6. to be reworded as follows the form of the registration certificate of the legal entity as the subject of innovative infrastructure approved by this resolution it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective since June 15, 2018.
