About measures for creation of modern system of selection on competitive basis of perspective managerial personnel
For last period certain work on preparation of managerial personnel in the field of the public and public administration, social and economic, judicial and legal and other spheres is done. In particular, the activities of Academy of public administration in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan which had a positive impact on forming of reserve of highly qualified managerial personnel are reformed and also the Institute of studying of problems of youth and preparation of perspective personnel under Academy performing retraining and advanced training of perspective young specialists of the republic is created.
At the same time, the large-scale reforms today performed in the country on enhancement of the legal basis of further democratization of the government, ensuring rule of law, implementation of efficient mechanisms of protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens and subjects of entrepreneurship require enhancement of system of selection and preparation of highly qualified managerial personnel, and also forming of their reserve, including by development of modern approach to the solution of the matter.
For the purpose of providing on system basis of selection of perspective managerial personnel, and also assistance to continuous growth of their professional competence of system of bodies of the public and economic board, executive bodies on places, other state bodies and the organizations (further - the state organizations):
