1. Determine that:
1.1. the state bodies making transactions with issued securities according to the functions assigned to them within their competence (further - state bodies), quarterly no later than ten working days after the termination of reporting quarter open by submission to Department on securities of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus (further - Department on securities) information on the transactions with issued securities made by state bodies in the unorganized market in the course of the circulation of these securities (further - information on transactions), except for transactions with issued bearer securities.
Action of part one of this subitem does not extend to the state bodies which concluded with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus (further - the Ministry of Finance) the agreements providing mutual exchange of information including information on transactions (further if other is not established, - the agreement on exchange of information). In case of the conclusion between state body and the Ministry of Finance of the agreement on exchange of information information on transactions is submitted such state body according to the procedure and the terms determined by this agreement;
