About modification and amendments in the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In article 266 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2003 (further - the Code):

Part 5 to state 1) in the following edition:

"5. In this Code the considerable sizes of drugs and psychotropic substances, according to the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses, the sizes including from fivefold up to twenty fivefold minimum thresholds of the small sizes of the drugs and psychotropic substances established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia are considered.";

To add 2) with parts 5.1-5.4 following of content:

"5.1. In this Code the large sizes of drugs and psychotropic substances, according to the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses, the sizes including from twenty fivefold up to hundred twenty fivefold minimum thresholds of the small sizes of the drugs and psychotropic substances established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia are considered.

5.2. In this Code especially large sizes of drugs and psychotropic substances, according to the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses, the sizes exceeding hundred twenty fivefold minimum threshold of the small sizes of the drugs and psychotropic substances established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia are considered.

5.3. Considerable, large and especially large sizes of drugs and psychotropic substances are established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia on the basis of the standards established by parts 5, 5.1 and 5.2 these Articles.

5.4. Large and especially large sizes of precursors of drugs and psychotropic substances are established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.";
