3. 4. Determine that since November 10, 2002 in cases of movement of goods in large and especially large sizes with violation of the customs legislation, goods and vehicles used for these purposes belonging to physical persons and legal entities are subject to withdrawal by customs authorities for the address to the income of the state, in the procedure established by the legislation.

To provide to the Prosecutor General's Office, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan strict accomplishment of provisions of this Decree, and also for the purpose of prevention of offenses together with public authorities on places, to provide with mass media wide explanation among the population of provisions and requirements of the current legislation and responsibility for their violation.

5. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan in week time to accept the resolution on implementation of this Decree.
