In heading and the first paragraph of article 169.4 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the Code) words "calculations and the reporting of ecological payments and payments for environmental management" shall be replaced with words "single tax calculations of ecological tax and payment for environmental management".
Article 2. Recognize Articles 170.9 and 170.12 invalid.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2018.
