Article 1. To add the code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 with Article 112.8 of the following content:
"Article 112.8. Conversion (processing), realization, sale, delivery or import of the products or raw materials of animal origin received from face of animals in conditions out of slaughter with violation of requirements of the legislation
Conversion (processing), realization, sale, delivery or import of the products or raw materials of animal origin received from face of animals in conditions out of slaughter with violation of requirements of the legislation:
attracts infliction of penalty for physical persons - in twentyfold size of the established minimum wage, for officials - in hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.".
Article 2. In article 238 of the Code to replace number "112.7" with number 112.8".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
