Article 1. To state article 137.4 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Armenia of December 6, 1985 (further - the Code) in the following edition:
"Article 137.4. Violation of requirements of the legislation on advertizing on the state highways public
1. Placement of advertizing accounts on the state highways public without the permission of their managers:
attracts the prevention.
Repeated making of the act provided by this part within year after the prevention:
attracts infliction of penalty as regards highways of interstate value - in hundred fifty the multiple size of the established minimum wage, and as regards highways of republican or regional value - in hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
2. Violation of requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Armenia on advertizing (placement of billboards) on the state highways public, except for parts 1 and 3 of this Article:
attracts the prevention.
Repeated making of the act provided by this part within year after the prevention:
attracts infliction of penalty as regards highways of interstate value - in hundredfold size of the established minimum wage, and as regards highways of republican or regional value - in eightyfold size of the established minimum wage.
3. Non-compliance with requirements imposed to content or safe operation of the billboards established on the state highways public:
attracts infliction of penalty as regards highways of interstate value - in eightyfold size of the established minimum wage, and as regards highways of republican or regional value - in fiftyfold size of the established minimum wage.
4. Repeated making of the acts provided by this Article within year from the date of purpose of administrative punishment:
attracts infliction of penalty in double size of the penalty established by this Article for this act.".
