Article 1. In heading and the text of article 242 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the Code) the words "the bodies exercising supervision" shall be replaced with words "the inspection body exercising control (supervision).
Article 2. In heading and the text of article 242.2 of the Code of the word "the authorized body exercising control" shall be replaced with words "the inspection body exercising control".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
