About entering of amendments into the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. To add the code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the Code) with Articles 60.2 and 60.3 of the following content:
"Article 60.2. Abuse of regulations of publicity of the activities connected with subsurface use
1. Evasion from representation by the legal entities having the obligation of submission of the public report to authorized body and government office of the Republic of Armenia, the activities report at the scheduled time corresponding connected with subsurface use according to the Code about subsoil of the Republic of Armenia:
attracts infliction of penalty for officials of the organization in hundred fifty the multiple size of the established minimum wage.
Article 60.3. Evasion from elimination of abuses of regulations of publicity of the activities connected with subsurface use
1. Evasion from execution of the written requirement of state body about submission of the report after use of responsibility, stipulated in Article 60.2 of this Code, for evasion from representation by the legal entities having the obligation of submission of the public report to authorized body and government office of the Republic of Armenia, the activities report at the scheduled time corresponding connected with subsurface use according to the Code about subsoil of the Republic of Armenia, within 10 working days after its obtaining:
attracts infliction of penalty for officials of the organization in two hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
2. The same act made in the second or every subsequent time within year after application of measures of administrative punishment:
attracts infliction of penalty for officials of the organization in three hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.".
Article 2. Add the code with Article 242.3 of the following content:
"Article 242.3. The authorized body performing ensuring publicity of the activities connected with subsurface use
