About entering of amendment into the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. To add the code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the Code) with new parts of the following content:
"Holding technical and special fireworks without permission or with violation of the requirements or conditions established by permission:
attracts infliction of penalty in the amount of three hundredfold to the thousandfold size of the established minimum wage.
Repeated making of the act provided by this part within year from the date of purpose of administrative punishment:
attracts infliction of penalty in the amount of one thousand three hundred thousandfold size, multiple to two, of the established minimum wage.
Evasion from providing requirements or conditions of holding the fireworks established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, persons performing activities in the field of trade and services:
attracts infliction of penalty in the amount of three hundredfold to the thousandfold size of the established minimum wage.
Repeated making of the act provided by this part within year from the date of purpose of administrative punishment:
attracts infliction of penalty in the amount of one thousand three hundred thousandfold size, multiple to two, of the established minimum wage and deprivation of the permission to holding technical and special fireworks issued by the head of municipality for a period of one year.
Sale by persons who did not get permissions from the head of municipality in accordance with the established procedure for holding technical and special fireworks, pyrotechnic materials (products), pyrotechnic components and other explosive devices (substances) intended for technical and special fireworks attracts infliction of penalty in two hundred fifty the multiple size of the established minimum wage.
