1.1. The cash withdrawal of money is made by authorized representatives of tax authority with participation, in case of need, of employees of Financial guard and the representatives of police agency obliged to ensure safety of persons making withdrawal.

The cash withdrawal of the money which is in the safe of cash desk of the payer (the isolated premises of this cash desk or in retail chain stores), is made in the presence of management of the payer, the employee of accounts department (financial service) and the cashier (responsible person).
