About modification and amendments in the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. To add article 37 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the Code) with part 8 of the following content:
"8. Administrative punishment on cases on administrative offenses in the field of protection of the economic competition can be appointed within three months from the date of entry into force of the decision made by State commission on protection of the economic competition of the Republic of Armenia confirming the fact of offense of business entity.".
Article 2. To recognize article 169.3 of the Code invalid.
Article 3. Add the code with Chapter 12.1 of the following content:
"Chapter 12.1. Administrative offenses in the field of protection of the economic competition
