About entering of amendments into the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Armenia of December 6, 1985 (further - the Code) with Article 206.15 of the following content:

"Article 206.15. Failure to carry out or inadequate accomplishment or violation of terms of fulfillment of requirements of the Constitutional court about provision of documents, data and other materials

1. Failure to carry out or inadequate fulfillment of requirements of the Constitutional court about provision of documents, data and other materials attracts infliction of penalty for citizens and legal entities - in the amount of twentyfold to the fiftyfold size of minimum wage, for officials - from fiftyfold to the hundredfold size of minimum wage.".

Article 2. To add part 1 of article 223 of the Code with Item 5 of the following content:

"5) in case, stipulated in Article 206.15 of this Code - the action for declaration of the chief of staff of the Constitutional court.".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective from coming into force of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Armenia "About the Constitutional court".
