1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This provision determines tasks and the main requirements to organization activity, the companies, irrespective of the patterns of ownership transporting passengers and loads by movement safety.

1.2. Requirements of this provision are obligatory for all organizations located in the territory of the Republic of Moldova, irrespective of the legal forms and patterns of ownership transporting passengers and loads road transport.

1.3. The organizations transporting passengers and loads, in accordance with the established procedure shall have the license for implementation of transport activities, comply with the conditions provided in the licenses connected with traffic safety.

1.4. Responsibility for the organization of work on safety of movement in the organizations is conferred on her head or appointed to the position connected with safety of movement of vehicles, the executive head or the specialist.

1.5. The organizations transporting passengers and loads can develop special rules and impose the additional requirements on movement safety which are not contradicting the current legislation and this provision to drivers.

1.6. The organizations which do not have necessary technological base, personnel and normative and methodical base provide fulfillment of requirements and regulations, the established presents with provision, on the basis of the agreements signed with the organizations having necessary base and having the license for carrying out the corresponding works.

2. TASKS AND THE MAIN REQUIREMENTS TO THE ORGANIZATION OF ACTIVITIES FOR SAFETY OF TRAFFIC IN THE ORGANIZATIONS TRANSPORTING PASSENGERS AND LOADS

2.1. The main objectives of the companies for safety of movement are:

- ensuring professional reliability of driver's structure;

- ensuring operation of vehicles in technically serviceable condition;

- providing safe conditions of transportation of passengers and loads.
