About modification and amendments in the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. In article 44.1 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the Code):

1) heading and the text after the word "psychotropic" to add with the word "(psychoinfluencing)";

Part 3 to state 2) in the following edition:

"3. In this Code the small sizes of drugs and the psychotropic (psychoinfluencing) substances are the sizes from the minimum sizes of drugs and the psychotropic (psychoinfluencing) substances sufficient for rendering impact on organism of the unusual user, that is the person which reached 18-year age and almost healthy, who is not using drugs psychotropic (psychoinfluencing), and also strongly active ingredients, to their fivefold size inclusive.";

To add 3) with part 3.1 following of content:

"3.1. The small sizes of drugs and the psychotropic (psychoinfluencing) substances are established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia based on the criteria set by part 3 of this Article.".

Article 2. Heading and the text of article 44.2 of the Code, and also Article 126, 158 and 182.3 after the word "psychotropic" to add with the word "(psychoinfluencing)".

Article 3. In heading and the text of article 110.1 of the Code of the word "narcotic substances" shall be replaced with words "drugs".

Article 4. In article 110.2 of the Code:

Heading to state 1) in the following edition:

"Article 110.2. The crops or cultivation of the plants containing the drugs which psychotropic are (psychoinfluencing), which are strongly operating or toxic substances which address is forbidden";
