1.1. in Regulations on the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
1.1.1. state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. The Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus (further - Minobrazovaniye) is republican state body and submits to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.
The structure of the Ministry of Education includes head departments, managements, departments, department with the rights of the legal entity.
Minobrazovaniya submit:
structural divisions regional and Minsk city executive committees, the performing state powers of authority in the field of education and the state youth policy;
the state organizations according to the list approved by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus (further - the subordinate state organizations).";
