About non-cash housing subsidies

For the purpose of strengthening of the state support of the population, enhancement of procedure for provision of non-cash housing subsidies (further - subsidies):

1. Determine that:

1.1. on the basis of the vyyavitelny principle of subsidy are provided:

to the unemployed pensioners who reached the age established for old-age pension in accordance with general practice;

to unemployed full age disabled people;

to the citizens performing child care aged up to 3 years, the handicapped child aged up to 18 years and receiving the corresponding benefits in bodies for work, employment and social protection;

to the citizens receiving attendance allowance for the disabled person of the I group or person who reached eighty-year age.

Conditions of provision of subsidies according to part one of this subitem are:

availability at the citizen and full age members of his family living together with it applying for receipt of subsidy, the income * in each complete month of the calendar quarter preceding quarter of decision making about provision of subsidy;

absence in premises of the able-bodied family members registered at the place of residence who are not carried to the citizens specified in paragraphs four and the fifth to part one of this subitem;

* Data on this income shall contain in information resources of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, and (or) Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, and (or) the Belarusian republican unitary insurance enterprise Belgosstrakh.

1.2. subsidies are not provided to the citizens included for date of the request for provision of subsidy in the list of the able-bodied citizens who are not occupied in economy, paying services in the prices (rates) providing full recovery of economically reasonable costs for their rendering, created and approved according to the procedure No. 3 established in part two of Item 5 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of April 2, 2015 "About assistance of employment of the population".
