Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 17, 2010 No. 927 "About single questions of implementation of guardianship and custody concerning full age incapacitated or not sui juris citizens" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 48, Art. 6401; 2014, No. 26, Art. 3577; No. 43, Art. 5892; 2016, No. 48, Art. 6781).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 17, 2010 No. 927

1. In Item 7 of Rules of implementation of separate powers of guardianship and custody bodies concerning the full age incapacitated or not sui juris citizens the educational organizations, the medical organizations, the organizations rendering social services, or other organizations approved by the specified resolution:

a) in the subitem "an" of the word "medical institutions" shall be replaced with words "the medical organizations";

b) in subitems "b" and "g" of the word "healthcare institutions" shall be replaced with words "the medical organizations".

2. In Rules of implementation by guardianship and custody bodies of check of living conditions of full age incapacitated citizens, observance by guardians of the rights and legitimate interests of full age incapacitated citizens, ensuring safety of their property, and also accomplishment by guardians or custodians of requirements to implementation of the rights and to execution of the obligations concerning the full age incapacitated or not sui juris citizens approved by the specified resolution:
