About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About especially protected natural territories"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About especially protected natural territories" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2011, No. 5, the Art. 377) the following changes:

1) in Article 2:

a) add Article with the paragraph the sixth the following content:

"kernel zone - the site of the territory constituting at least 75 percent from total area of the national natural park necessary for reproduction of ecosystem on which all natural complex is protected the monitoring of condition of ecological systems, scientific research and other actions which are not breaking natural development of natural processes are carried out. The zone of kernel is determined by the scientific conclusion of National academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic and affirms republican body of environmental protection;";

c) add Article with the paragraph the eighteenth the following content:

"microreserves - rather small sites, including among farmlands on which economic activity for the purpose of creation of the numerous centers of preserving and reproduction of biodiversity and ecosystems is excluded;";

d) add Article with the paragraph the nineteenth the following content:
