For the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with regulations of the Tax code of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of provisions and the Procedure on administration of taxes" of April 7, 2011 No. 144 the following changes:

1) in Regulations on the procedure for collection of tax debt approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in all text of the Provision and appendices of the word "notification on ensuring execution of the tax liability outstanding in time", "notification on ensuring execution of the tax liability which is not fulfilled in time", "notification on providing the tax liability outstanding in time" to it in different cases shall be replaced with words "the decision on ensuring execution of the tax debt recognized by the taxpayer" in the corresponding cases;

- the tenth Item 2 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"-delivery of the decision on ensuring execution of the tax debt recognized by the taxpayer;";
