Rules of delimitation of fishing sites

1. These rules establish procedure for delimitation of fishing sites.

2. Borders of the fishing site are determined within the water area of water object or its part.

3. Delimitation of fishing sites is performed by executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation taking into account proposals of citizens, public associations, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, associations of legal entities (associations and the unions), municipalities, the conclusion of the scientific organization performing activities in the field of fishery and preserving water biological resources, being under authority of Federal Agency for Fishery.

4. For the purpose of delimitation of fishing sites by executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation the commission on delimitation of fishing sites (further - the commission) is created which part representatives of federal executive bodies, executive bodies of the subject of the Russian Federation, local government bodies of municipalities, public organizations and associations, associations of legal entities (associations and the unions), the head basin department on fishery and preserving water biological resources which is under authority of Federal Agency for Fishery, and the scientific organization specified in Item 3 of these rules are.
