About additional measures for enhancement of mechanisms of implementation of innovations in industries and spheres of economy

Note that for short terms in the country the large-scale work directed to forming of the innovative oriented economy and creation of conditions for widespread introduction of innovations is done.

Creation of the body performing single state policy in the field of innovative and scientific and technical development of the republic, forming of Fund of support of innovative development in case of it and the innovative ideas became one of important stages in this direction.

At the same time, number of the problems interfering adjustment of effective mechanisms of interaction, strengthening of communication between scientific research and production industries that first of all is caused by such factors as remains:

first, low and unsatisfactory indicators of commercialization of results of scientific works of the highest educational institutions and researches of the research organizations;

secondly, lack of mechanisms of stimulation of innovative processes, implementation of comprehensive programs of innovative development and innovative activity at the regional and industry levels, supports of innovation-active subjects of entrepreneurship;

thirdly, insufficient involvement of representatives of private sector in innovative activities, including in connection with their low interest;

fourthly, lack of effective measures on increase in allocation efficiency and rational use of grants within the state scientific and technical programs;

fifthly, the unsatisfactory level of international cooperation and attraction of foreign investments to the sphere of scientific research and implementation of innovations.

For the purpose of radical enhancement of state regulation machineries of innovative activities, forming of conditions for further effective implementation of innovations in industries and spheres of economy:
