About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About payment of monthly monetary compensations instead of privileges" of December 22, 2009 No. 795

According to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About payment of monthly monetary compensations instead of privileges" of December 22, 2009 No. 795 the following change:

- to state appendix 2 to the specified resolution in edition according to appendix to this resolution.

2. To the Ministry of Labour and social development of the Kyrgyz Republic to sign the bilateral interservice agreements about interaction providing data exchange and information in electronic form for purpose of monetary compensation instead of privileges:

- till July 1, 2018 - with the Public registration service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- till July 1, 2020 - with the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, the State committee of information technologies and bonds of the Kyrgyz Republic, the State committee on cases of defense of the Kyrgyz Republic, within system of interdepartmental electronic interaction.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of social development of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
