About entering of amendments and changes into some Resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

According to subitem 9.2 of Item 9 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of November 23, 2017 "About development of entrepreneurship" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 7

1. Make additions and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. the paragraph the fifth Item 5 of the Regulations on the Interdepartmental commission on holding procedures of purchases in case of construction approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 20, 2007 No. 224 "About some measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 16, 2006 No. 676" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 56, 5/24789; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 15.04. 2014, 5/38697) to add with words ", the financed fully or partially by means republican or local budgets, state non-budgetary funds, external state loans and external loans attracted under guarantees of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, the loans of the banks of the Republic of Belarus attracted under guarantees of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom";

1.2. in Regulations on the procedure for acceptance for operation of construction objects approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 6, 2011 No. 716 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 66, 5/33914; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 31.07.2012, 5/36028; 15:04. 2014, 5/38697; 25.05. 2017, 5/43733):
