About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government in the city of Yerevan"

Article 1. ZR-5-N "About local self-government in the city of Yerevan" (further - the Law) to add part 1 of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 26, 2008 with Item 38 of the following content:
"38) establishes admissible places, requirements and conditions of holding technical and special fireworks in Yerevan.".
Article 2. To add part 1 of article 52 of the Law with Item 14.1 of the following content:
"14. According to the laws of the Republic of Armenia and other legal acts, permission to carrying out in Yerevan of technical and special fireworks gives 1) to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
