About approval of additional requirements to functioning of electronic platform for the purposes of implementation of competitive purchase with participation of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship

1. Approve the enclosed additional requirements to functioning of electronic platform for the purposes of implementation of competitive purchase with participation of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship.

2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2018 and is applied to the relations connected with implementation of purchases of goods, works, services, notices on which implementation are placed in unified information system in the field of purchases or invitations to take part in which are sent after start date of functioning of operators of electronic platforms who conform to the single requirements provided by the Federal Law "About Contractual System in the field of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs" and the additional requirements approved according to Item 1 of this resolution.
