About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government in the city of Yerevan"

Article 1. ZR-5-N "About local self-government in the city of Yerevan" (further - the Law) to add part 1 of article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 26, 2008 with Item 6 of the following content:

"6) to follow the safety rules existing in the territory and in the building of the residence of local government bodies of Yerevan".

Article 2. In article 29 of the Law:

Part 4 to add 1) with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Public meetings of the Council of Elders are broadcast online on the official website of Yerevan. Online broadcasting implementation (in real time) provides the office of the city hall.";

To add 2) with parts 7.1 and 7.2 of the following content:

"7.1. At public meeting of the Council of Elders of Yerevan, except members of council of the elders and persons having the participation right in consideration of question can be present:

1) persons having such right under the law;

2) the chief architect of Yerevan, the chief of staff of the city hall of Yerevan and employees of the office of the city hall of Yerevan or the organizations subordinated to Yerevan established by its list providing servicing and covering of meeting;

3) the employees of the office of the city hall of Yerevan or other persons invited by the mayor of Yerevan or conducting meeting.

7.2. The journalists accredited in local government bodies of Yerevan perform the professional activity in specially allocated places in the residence of the local government bodies of Yerevan provided with technical capabilities for viewing and record of public meetings of the Council of Elders online (in real time), and can be present at assembly hall of the Council of Elders on permission of the mayor of Yerevan or conducting meeting.".
