1. Approve Regulations on the state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance in the Republic of Moldova it (is applied).
2. To the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs, bodies of local public authority of areas, primeriya of municipiums and ATO Gagauzia (Gagauz-Eri) together with bodies of the state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance, and also with services, the departments interested in holding preventive and anti-epidemic actions to exercise constant control behind accomplishment of the Regulations on the state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance in the Republic of Moldova.
3. Declare invalid the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova of N816 of December 12, 1995. "About approval of the Regulations on the state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance in the Republic of Moldova" (The official monitor, 1996, Art. N17-18, 120).
