About entering of amendment into the Law of Turkmenistan "About conscription and military service" *

"5. In case of acceptance on military service of the citizen who serves or took place in law-enforcement bodies of Turkmenistan, and having special rank, the Minister of Defence of Turkmenistan (heads of the ministries or departments in whom the law provides military service) to it on the basis of the conclusion of certifying commission give the military rank taking into account the special rank which is available for it. At the same time the period of its service in special rank is set off military service, necessary for calculation of length of service, assignment of the next military rank and rewarding with the state awards in time.".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
