About approval of the Charter of Chamber of Commerce and Industry

Based on the Law on Chamber of Commerce and Industry of N393-XIV of May 13, 1999 the Parliament accepts this resolution.

Art. 1. - Approve the Charter of Chamber of Commerce and Industry given in appendix to this resolution.

Art. 2. - This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.

Charter of Chamber of Commerce and Industry

Chapter I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Art. 1. - The Chamber of Commerce and Industry is created and functions according to the Law on Chamber of Commerce and Industry and this charter.

Art. 2. - The Chamber of Commerce and Industry (further - Chamber) is the non-governmental, self-governed and independent organization aiming at assistance to development of trade and the industry within the country and abroad and at support of business entities of the Republic of Moldova in relations with bodies of public management of the country and the foreign specialized organizations.

Art. 3. - The chamber is located in municipium of Chisinau, is legal entity of the public law and enjoys support of the state in this quality.

Art. 4. - The chamber performs the activities in all territory of the country according to the Constitution, the current legislation, international agreements and this charter.

Art. 5. - The Chamber enjoys support of state bodies in realization of the tasks and implementation of the taken measures and cooperates with them.

St.6. - The chamber has seal with the image of the State Emblem, state - "Republica Moldova" and the phrase "Camera de Comer si Industrie". On seals of branches of Chamber also their location is specified.

Art. 7. - (1) the Chamber answers for the obligations all property belonging to it.
