Considering that Turkmenistan denounced the Agreement on visa-free journey of member citizens of the CIS signed in Bishkek on October 9, 1992 and introduced since June 9, 1999 visa regime for citizens of the Republic of Moldova, on the basis of the principle of reciprocity the Government of the Republic of Moldova DECIDES:
1. Introduce since June 9, 1999 visa regime for the citizens of Turkmenistan visiting the Republic of Moldova.
2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to notify the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan about introduction of visa regime for the citizens of Turkmenistan visiting the Republic of Moldova.
