About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About consumer protection"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 9, 2002 "About consumer protection" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 2008 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 10, 2/839; 2008, No. 170, 2/1463; 2012, No. 52, 2/1905; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 03.11. 2015, 2/2311) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 1:

from the paragraph of the third word "stipulated by the legislation or agreement" to exclude;

the fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

2. In Article 2:

Consumer protection of the services rendered by banks, the non-bank credit and financial organizations, other organizations in case of banking operations according to the legislation, the microfinancial, leasing organizations is performed according to this Law if other is not provided by the bank law, the legislation regulating procedure for provision and attraction of microloans, the legislation on leasing activities.".
