About cooperation in the field of judicial and expert activities
The state committee of judicial examinations of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation which are hereinafter referred to as by the Parties
proceeding from mutual desire to strengthen interaction of the Parties in the field of judicial and expert activities,
based on the conventional principles and rules of international law,
in development of the provisions containing in the Agreement on creation of the Union State of December 8, 1999, the Agreement on cooperation of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States in fight against crime of November 25, 1998, the Agreement between the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation on increase in efficiency of interaction in fight against crime of September 15, 2014 and other international treaties which participants are the states of the Parties
agreed as follows:
The parties cooperate in the field of judicial and expert activities according to provisions of this agreement, being effective within the competence with compliance with law and the international obligations of the states of the Parties.
The cooperation based on this agreement is performed:
from the State committee of judicial examinations of the Republic of Belarus - through central office of the State committee of judicial examinations of the Republic of Belarus, and also public institution "Scientific and practical center of the State committee of judicial examinations of the Republic of Belarus";
from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation - through "Expert and Criminalistic Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation" state-owned federal state institution.
The parties cooperate in the following main directions:
