Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

In general requirements to procedure for development and adoption of legal acts about regulation in the field of purchases, to contents of the specified acts and ensuring their execution approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 18, 2015 No. 476 "About approval of general requirements to procedure for development and adoption of legal acts about regulation in the field of purchases, to contents of the specified acts and ensuring their execution" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 22, the Art. 3218):

a) state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. State bodies, governing bodies of state non-budgetary funds and municipal authorities have the right to discuss previously drafts of legal acts, the specified in paragraphs three of the subitem "b" and the paragraph third the subitem "v" of Item 1 of this document, at meetings of public councils under the specified bodies.";

b) to declare the subitem "g" of Item 6 invalid.
