About cooperation in the field of forensic medicine
The state committee of judicial examinations of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties
aiming to strengthen cooperation in the field of medicolegal activities and scientific research, and also in view of national interests of the Parties,
agreed as follows:
The parties perform cooperation in the field of research works on theoretical and legal, organizational and methodological problems of forensic medicine, creation new and enhancement of the existing methods and techniques of forensic medical examination, forensic medical examination experience exchange.
The parties will develop cooperation on the following activities according to the national legal system of the states and within the powers:
1. Experience exchange and information in the field of forensic medical examination:
about research and developmental developments;
about new collections, the educational, methodical and reference media;
about the planned scientific and methodical and practical actions (scientific conferences, seminars, exhibitions in the field of forensic medicine);
about enhancement of the hardware and software and methods of the expert researches used in case of production of forensic medical examinations.
2. Coordination of scientific work on forensic medical examination problems in shape:
joint development of methods and techniques of forensic medical examination;
accomplishment of scientific developments according to requests of one of the Parties;
implementation of author's maintenance and implementation of developments in expert practice.
3. Preparation and advanced training of personnel on basis:
holding joint seminars, rates on development of new methods and techniques of forensic medical examination;
mutual training of specialists.
