About cooperation

aiming at establishment of mutually advantageous bonds within the competence determined by legislations of the states of the Parties

intending to promote mutual enhancement of the regulatory legal base in the field of geodetic and cartographic activities, land relations, state registration of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it, maintaining the corresponding inventories, registers and registers that will promote use of results of such cooperation for economic and social benefit of the states of the Parties,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The cooperation in the field of geodetic and cartographic activities, land relations, state registration of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it, maintaining the corresponding inventories, registers and registers will be performed according to the national legal system of the states of the Parties in the following directions:
