About cooperation in the field of health care
The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Health, work and social protection of the Republic of Moldova which further are referred to as with the Parties
for the purpose of realization of provisions of the Agreement on friendship and cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Moldova of December 21, 1992,
wishing to help the bilateral relations in the field of health care, drug circulation, science and education,
proceeding from the principles of mutual assistance and humanity,
convinced that this cooperation will promote improvement of health of the population,
agreed as follows:
The parties develop and perform cooperation in the field of health care, drug circulation, science and education on the principles of mutual advantage and mutual assistance, according to the national legal system of the states of the Parties.
The parties intend to develop mutually beneficial cooperation in the following directions:
delivery of health care;
preparation and advanced training of medical personnel;
drug circulation, products of medical appointment and medical equipment;
assistance to investment projects in the field of health protection;
exchange of information in the field of health protection, including about programs of immunization, fight against pandemics;
cooperation in the field of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population;
development of basic and applied scientific research in the field of medicine;
other mutually approved directions of cooperation.
The parties perform accomplishment of Article 2 of this agreement by mutual consultations, exchange of specialists and information, the organizations of symposiums and conferences, publications of monographs and Articles, and also realization of other types of cooperation on which the additional agreement will be reached.
