About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government in the city of Yerevan"

Article 1. ZR-5-N "About local self-government in the city of Yerevan" (further - the Law) after the word "Yerevan" to add part 3 of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 26, 2008 with words of "public law".

Article 2. "This Law" to add part 1 of article 6 of the Law after words with the words "and other laws".

Article 3. In article 9 of the Law:

1) regarding 1 word "Ministry of Territorial Administration" shall be replaced with words "the body authorized by the Government" and "body, authorized by the Government";

To add 3) with Item 37 of the following content:

"37) on representation of the mayor is solved by procedure of own powers established for the purpose of the voluntary problem resolution and necessary financial resources.".
