I. General provisions

1. The regulations on privatization of public property at the symbolical price (further - provision) are developed according to Art. 291 of the Law N217-XIII of June 25, 1997. "About the privatization program for 1997-1998" (The official monitor, 1997, N59-60, of Art. 518; 1999, N 55, the Art. 254) also establishes procedure for sale of public property on investment tenders at the symbolical price in one leu (further - the symbolical price).
