aiming at establishing bonds in the field of judicial and expert activities;

recognizing that strengthening of the bilateral relations of friendship and mutually beneficial cooperation is equitable to national interests of both countries,

for the purpose of further development of interaction in the field of the right and law-enforcement practice,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties perform cooperation in the field of research works on theoretical, legal, organizational and methodological problems of judicial and expert activities, creation new, and also enhancement of the existing methods and techniques of expert research, experience exchange of expert practice.

Article 2

The cooperation based on this agreement is performed directly, and also through the competent authorities or authorized divisions determined by each of the Parties.

Article 3

The parties, according to the legislation of the states of the Parties and within the powers, develop cooperation in the field of judicial and expert activities in the following directions:

1) coordination of scientific work on problems of judicial and expert activities, joint development of methods and techniques;

2) data exchange in the field of directory activities;

3) holding joint seminars, rates for development of new methods and techniques;

4) preparation, retraining and advanced training of specialists in the field of judicial and expert activities, exchange of specialists in this area for passing of training;

5) exchange of methodical and scientific literature;

6) rendering the mutual scientific and methodical and practical aid in questions of scientific and expert activities;

7) other mutually agreed directions of cooperation.
